Because our products include personal-care items such as tallow body butter, handmade soap, and lip balm, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used products for hygiene and safety reasons.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos when applicable.

Cancellations
